How to request deletion
Email hello@chertra.com with a clear deletion request.
- The app, game, or tool name.
- The email address, account identifier, or other identifier used in the product, if applicable.
- A clear statement that you want your associated personal data deleted.
What happens next
Chertra will review the request and may ask for information needed to verify or locate the relevant data.
Some records may be retained when legally required, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations.
