Chertra products and website content are provided as is and as available. Chertra does not guarantee that every product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
User responsibility
You are responsible for how you use Chertra products, for keeping your devices and accounts secure, and for making sure your use follows applicable laws and platform rules.
Intellectual property
Chertra branding, software, designs, text, and other materials are owned by Chertra or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
App store purchases and refunds
Where Chertra products are distributed through Apple, Google, or another app store, purchases, billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by that store under its own terms and policies.
Changes
Chertra may update these Terms as products and legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
