Data collection depends on the product

A specific app or tool may provide additional privacy information when its data practices differ from this general policy.

Contacting CherTra
You can contact CherTra by email or WhatsApp. The details you choose to share are processed by CherTra to respond and may also be handled by the relevant communication provider under its own privacy terms.
How information may be used
- To provide, maintain, and improve CherTra products.
- To answer support and contact requests.
- To understand reliability, performance, and product usage.

Third-party services
CherTra products may be distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms process some information under their own policies.
If a product uses analytics, crash reporting, ads, cloud services, or other third-party tools, product-specific notices may explain those services.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of personal data associated with a CherTra app, game, or tool. Use the data deletion page for the required request details.
Website assistant
When the website assistant is available, the question you submit and up to three recent user messages may be sent to Cloudflare AI Search for retrieval and response generation. The conversation is held in browser memory and is not saved by CherTra in a database.
Where analytics is enabled, assistant events record event names only and do not include question or answer text. The Cloudflare request IP is used by the rate-limit service. Cloudflare’s processing, logging, and retention are governed by the Cloudflare services and account settings configured for the site.
